Shadows of Despair
Title: Shadows of Despair
I ventured far to Ecuador’s realm,
To delve into a darkness at the helm.
Crime’s bitter seeds have taken root,
Spreading fear and chaos, bearing bitter fruit.
Once safe streets now echo with dread,
The murder rate, a haunting thread.
Guns whisper secrets, shattering the calm,
Leaving innocence broken, like a fragile palm.
In this grim tale of a land gone astray,
Youth stand as pawns in a lethal play.
Assassins, heart-wrenchingly young, so cold,
Forced by circumstance, their spirits sold.
But amid this darkness, hope must arise,
A beacon of light amidst sorrow’s guise.
For courage resides in souls brave and true,
Uniting against violence, strength will ensue.
Let our voices be heard, the truth unveiled,
Bringing justice forth, no longer concealed.
Through tireless dedication, we shall restore,
A safer tomorrow, for this we implore.
May Ecuador rise from this perilous haze,
Reclaim tranquility from narco-maze.
Together we strive, humanity’s grace we adore,
To heal the wounds inflicted, forevermore.
