The Burden of Frivolous Claims
Title: The Burden of Frivolous Claims
In courts of justice, a tale is told,
Of power wielded and truths unfold.
A man of might, a plaintiff unjust,
With pockets deep, embarked on a flimsy trust.
He sued the Times, without a cause,
For words they penned, based in inherent laws.
But justice spoke and saw through the veil,
His claim found hollow, his pursuit to no avail.
Now the man must pay, the price quite steep,
A sum so large, it makes him weep.
For frivolous suits, have a heavy fine,
To deter abuses and draw a line.
The Times prevails, its reputation shines,
Integrity upheld, every word aligns.
A victory for truth, for freedom and right,
In the face of falsehoods, shining a bright light.
