Bound Voices

Title: Bound Voices

Silenced by the law, a voice restrained,
Gag order upholding, liberties contained.
In Washington’s realm, a tale unfolds,
Where presidential speech, in chains it holds.

Opinions curtailed, expressions leashed,
Bound by restrictions, freedom breached.
Yet the court, in its wisdom, does decree,
Loosening the reins, allowing speech to be free.

A chorus of voices, whispers of defiance,
Yearning to break the shackles of silence.
Through the narrow restrictions, hope revives,
In the battle for truth, where justice strives.

Trump’s words, once unfettered, now confined,
Yet within these limitations, a glimmer we find.
A reminder that even with a gag restrained,
The strength of a voice cannot be contained.
