Incarcerated Hue

Title: “Incarcerated Hue”

Within these prison walls, a crumbling soul confined,
Ethan laments, his thoughts mirroring the tides,
Rotting like a tomato, his conscience intertwined,
Facing the consequence, remorse eternally abides.

No sanctuary lies in his confined domain,
A stanza of despair etched in eternal ink,
Regret blooms as prison bars leave a bitter stain,
The cost of his actions, a life forever in sync.

In shadows of remorse, he finds solace in time,
Each passing day a reminder of what was lost,
A taste of penance, a melody of crime,
His soul begrudgingly bears the weight of the cost.

Behind iron bars, isolation’s embrace,
A symphony of regrets plays night and day,
But in this stillness, an opportunity for grace,
A chance for redemption, a path to find his way.

Incarcerated hue, a fading echo of the past,
Tomato-like, he rots amidst a flawed design,
Yet hope lingers still, memories will outlast,
And from this darkness, a chance to realign.
