Divided We Stand

Divided We Stand

“Divided We Stand”

In a world of colors diverse and bright,
Trump’s “trickle-down racism” casts its blight,
Fueling MAGA, hate ripples in the air,
A venomous rhetoric that’s hard to bear.

Dividing hearts, unity dematerialized,
Prejudice prospering, truth compromised,
With every word, a crack in the nation’s core,
Discourse of exclusion, closing every door.

Yet, stronger we’ll rise, united we’ll stand,
Resisting the poison gripping our land,
Love will prevail, against hate we’ll fight,
For justice and equality, shining bright.

Traversing walls of division, together we roam,
In harmony we’ll build our shared home,
Empathy, compassion, the ties that bind,
The antidote catapulting unity, we’ll find.
