In the realm of tweets and posts we dwell,
Where hearts are hidden beneath digital shells,
A moment captured, a scene unveiled,
A leader’s vulnerability, cruelly impaled.

The first lady’s grip, steady and true,
Guiding her partner, as love always knew,
But the mocking tongues, with venom and spite,
Spin tales of weakness, tarnishing the light.

Jan. 6’s scars still fresh and raw,
Yet on social media, they find their flaw,
A spectacle they make, of a nation in pain,
As if empathy and compassion are inhumane.

But behind the curtain of cynicism’s haze,
A chorus of voices rise, in respectful praise,
For in unity and solidarity, we will strive,
To heal the wounds, with empathy alive.
