In a southern realm, a venue stood,
A stage prepared for an event of wood.
But alas! With conviction, they decided to sever,
Greene’s fervent celebration, a bond to sever.

No fanfare for symphony of ignominy,
As truth aims to triumph, with sincerity.
The echoes of the past, a Jan 6th recall,
An anniversary of chaos, engraved on a wall.

Yet courage rises from the heart of disdain,
The voice of reason, to loudly proclaim.
Through adversity and trials, we shall prevail,
A united front, where justice shall sail.
