A Departure of Jamie Lynn Spears

A sudden departure of Jamie Lynn Spears,
From the show – now she must leave on medical grounds,
Oh how fast the sign of dawn appears,
Leaving Britney’s sister to leave the camp she found.

But alas, the show must go on,
Though Grace Dent too must leave immediately,
T’was a short-lived, joyous daybreak song,
The tears of sadness, they could not dilute with tea.

The silence it echoes cold and strong,
As Jamie Lynn’s warmth departs from the show,
Ah, that Britney’s sister must prolong,
Her days in the camp below the sky’s great bow.

But we shall remember fondly her stay,
Her memorable days ‘neath the camp’s shelter,
And Jamie Lynn will surely always pray,
For that sweet, warm brief stay in the sun’s bright belt.
