A Lost Commander’s Lament
Title: A Lost Commander’s Lament
In Lebanon’s midst, a fateful strike resounds,
A clash of powers that leaves no bounds,
A senior commander, now fallen from grace,
His life extinguished, leaving void in space.
Hezbollah’s warrior, with unwavering might,
Stood as a sentinel, in the darkest of night,
His allegiance unwavering, his vow intact,
Until destiny dealt its heart-wrenching act.
From Israeli shores, the fire did pour,
A lethal blow, tearing worlds to the core,
Yet echoes of his valiance refuse to wane,
His memory alive, a beacon of pain.
A leader mourned, in Lebanon’s embattled state,
His absence, a void, hard to mitigate,
In hearts of comrades, his legacy will endure,
As they march forward, steadfast and sure.
The tempest of conflict, forever unyielding,
So many lives lost, the grief unceasing,
But through the chaos, a glimmer of change,
For peace to prevail, a world rearranged.
Oh, fallen commander, your tale we’ll forever tell,
In this endless struggle, your spirit will dwell,
May your sacrifice guide us towards a new dawn,
Where strife and hatred are forever withdrawn.
