A Muted Echo

A Muted Echo

Title: A Muted Echo

Within the shadows of an untold tale,
Where anguish reigns and innocence impales,
Silent are the voices that should protest,
Shrouded by apathy, the pain lies repressed.

In the grip of terror, their spirits wane,
As demons unleash havoc, causing deep strain,
Yet women’s groups, with closed eyes, choose to veer,
Leaving their shattered sisters to battle in fear.

Where are the words that once roared with might,
Demanding justice, exposing dark blight?
The deafening silence of their hollow wails,
Mocks the very essence that their cause entails.

Hamas rapes ravage, an unspeakable crime,
Leaving hearts shattered, soul scars with no rhyme,
Yet mighty organizations, choose to ignore,
Leaving the victims haunted, forever sore.

So, women unite, break the chains of dread,
Let your voices rise, like a fire spread,
Stir up the conscience, awaken dormant might,
Together we can illumine the darkest night.
