A Reflection By ISSF President Rossi,

As ISSF President I reflect on this first year,
I am proud and happy to usher in a new era;
With hard work and dedication we’ve seen great growth,
We’ve seen success and have achieved much and more.

Though challenges met, we forged our commitment
To serve with integrity and honor in every instance,
We faced our obstacles, determined to find a way,
We sought solutions with foresight and clear understanding.

We never wavered from our promise to be true,
Can set a capable example for those who will follow;
We value inclusivity and will strive for the greater good,
For our future and generations to come, if must be should.

Reflection has taught us deep lessons along the way,
Though the journey was long, we met our goals each day;
We’ve achieved so much this year, I’m humbled and proud,
And I thank all our colleagues for being part of this crowd.
