Their acts, mere spectacles, devoid of depth,
Leaving women in tech feeling bereft.

True allyship demands action and voice,
Not fleeting affirmations one can rejoice.
Support, resolute and dedicated, so rare,
Essential for women in tech to truly repair.

Let’s shed the mask, cease the pretense,
Embrace sincere allyship, make amends.
Women in tech need genuine champions to be,
Breaking the chains, setting them free.
