Disgusting Betrayal
Disgusting Betrayal
A loyal heart, once beat for Ipswich town,
Where passion flowed, in blue and white renown,
But now his soul, consumed with bitter pain,
As old club’s actions, leave him in disdain.
A growing rift, formed from disrespect,
A move so callous, had him quite perplexed,
For Alan Brazil, a legend, this old club forgot,
Leaving him hurt, feeling all for naught.
The love he gave, through blood, sweat, and toil,
Yet now discarded, treated as mere soil,
His trust shattered, a bond now deceased,
A sting of betrayal, an agony unreleased.
Forgotten are the memories, the triumphs held dear,
All replaced by anguish, regret, and fear,
Disgusting actions, staining a once cherished name,
A whirlwind of emotions too difficult to tame.
But amidst the wreckage, a glimmer of resolve,
Alan Brazil’s spirit, refusing to dissolve,
He’ll rise above, stronger and unbroken,
For in his heart, Ipswich’s love remains unspoken.
Betrayal, disrespect, agony, hurt, betrayal again, resolve
