In the heartland, a storm descends,
Where courage blooms, and hope suspends,
Ukrainian troops, in battle arrayed,
For freedom’s call, they ne’er evade.

Echoes of steel resound afar,
Against oppressors, they bear the scar,
Each soldier fights with fervent might,
For homeland’s honor, through darkest night.

Through trenches deep, they march ahead,
With dwindling shells, their spirits fed,
Though Western aid may have run dry,
Determination soars, reaching the sky.

Amidst the chaos and sorrow’s reign,
They stand united, undaunted, unchained,
Their souls aflame, a beacon’s light,
Guiding Ukraine, through this bitter fight.

For liberty’s wind, they raise the mast,
In memory of those whose lives were cast,
With courage as armor, they boldly tread,
Writing history’s chapters, with each thread.

As whispered prayers ascend above,
A plea for peace, a show of love,
We stand with them, in heart and mind,
To the heroes of Ukraine, may victory bind.
