Once stood a structure of stories untold,
Where Alleva Dairy’s legacy did unfold.
A crown in the city, a haven for cheese,
With flavors from regions, a delectable tease.
But a crumbling fate took its toll on this place,
As illegal renovations left it in disgrace.

Brick by brick, the building stood with pride,
A testament to history, where memories reside.
But the hands of time, they did not embrace,
The reckless hands that caused its dire case.
Now a facade of glory, tarnished and worn,
As the wounds of negligence were left to be borne.

Gone are the days of cheese-scented air,
Where laughter and joy mingled with care.
The walls that once whispered tales of delight,
Now echo with sorrow, lost in the night.
A poignant reminder of what once was,
A tragic collapse, a broken applause.

Yet amidst the ruins, hope lingers on,
A phoenix that rises, a story reborn.
From the ashes may emerge a new tale,
Of resilience and strength that shall prevail.
Though the past may crumble, memories will stay,
And the spirit of Alleva will never fade away.
