Falling to the Depths

Falling to the Depths

Falling to the Depths

Ohara Davies, once the glowing light,
Stepped into the ring, ready to ignite,
But fate had a merciless story to unfold,
As he faced a forty-year-old.

In the first round, a storm did brew,
Two fierce knockdowns make the crowd askew,
The warrior’s path took an unforeseen twist,
With every punch, his hope slowly missed.

Tasting the canvas, a bitter pill to digest,
Davies’ spirit wavered, his heart under arrest,
But within him, a fire began to grow,
To rise from the ashes, to choose the glow.

With shattered dreams and bruised pride,
The fallen warrior refused to hide,
He rose from his knees, determined and bold,
Seeking redemption, a story yet untold.

Though defeat loomed its tragic head,
Ohara fought on, where others would have fled,
For in battles lost, heroes often arise,
To inspire the world with their willful reprise.
