Flames of Strife
Title: Flames of Strife
In sands of Gaza, voices rise,
Where sorrow’s veil no longer hides.
The clash of arms, despair’s descent,
As hope is crushed, the world laments.
Yet, as the tempest rages on,
A flicker of peace is all but gone.
From where the missiles pierce the sky,
Amidst the ruins where children cry,
In a land where hatred seeds are sown,
Bittersweet memories lie overthrown.
As dreams of solace crumble and break,
Promises shatter, lost in the wake.
A twisted dance of power plays out,
As nations falter, leaving in doubt,
What future lies beyond the fray,
When diplomacy fails, who will pay?
In echoes of a resolution void,
Voices pleading for peace are destroyed.
But even in darkness, a glimmer survives,
A ray of hope for the innocent lives.
For love knows no borders, no creed,
Binding hearts in direst need.
In unity, the strength to upend,
The cycles of violence, longing to mend.
Oh Gaza, may your wounds find healing,
From long-lasting scars, reclaiming feeling.
Let peace, like embers, ignite a brighter day,
Where children laugh and innocence can stay.
Together, reclaim what’s been torn apart,
And heal the wounds etched deep in every heart.
