Foods Forbidden
Stay away, must we from inflammatory foods,
For those who wish to avoid arthritis’ blues.
No more pain when choices wisely made,
Risk of such disease is sharply outweighed.
Minimize or better yet abstain,
From forbidden foods that worsen the strain.
Away with sugary meals so grand,
From greasy fried and processed canned.
No more fried foods in our hoard,
Instead, opt for fresh fruits and board.
Follow the guidance of the wizened sage,
No more of foods that cause such rage.
