Forever Young

Forever Young

Title: Forever Young

Grandparents, aged wisdom shining bright,
Great-grandparents, the pillars of delight,
Living longer, embracing life’s new tides,
Yet within childcare, their presence hides.

Ageless tales told by matriarchs and sires,
Generation gaps bridged by their desires,
But as time graces their steps with grace,
Childcare hands, they gently erase.

With spirits young, they frolic and play,
Life’s playground their eternal cabaret,
But burdens of diapers and sleepless nights,
Shall not burden their twilight delights.

For the joy of grandchildren they adore,
Yet childcare duties are left at the door,
They have climbed mountains, crossed every sea,
Now is their time to live and to be free.

Grandparents, great-grandparents, forever young,
In hearts cherished, their legacy will run,
A tapestry woven with love, strong and pure,
Their presence enduring, forever secure.
