Forgotten Dreams

Forgotten Dreams

Forgotten Dreams

In shadows of a life once bright,
A fallen star eclipsed by night,
Ryan Rollins, once a tale of might,
In solitude he still takes flight.

Once, a hero on the hardwood stage,
His skills revered, his name engraved,
Now, cast away, a forlorn page,
Lost amidst a world of rage.

But whispers echo of a darker side,
Where fame and glory can’t reside,
Accused of theft, he could not hide,
From the haunting tears he tried to chide.

Oh, Ryan Rollins, what demons possessed,
To pilfer dreams, so once professed,
From Target’s shelves to be impressed,
But now, forever judged, oppressed.

Now, as the remnants of his glory fade,
A troubled soul, forever swayed,
The tainted legacy he’s been displayed,
In the realm of darkness, his soul unpaid.
