Frozen Embrace
Frozen Embrace
Frigid winds descend upon the land,
As Britain shivers in Nature’s hand.
Thermometers plummet with every sight,
A winter’s grip, unbending and tight.
Chilled whispers dance on frosty air,
A frozen symphony, beyond compare.
The Met Office warns of snow’s encore,
A swirling ballet upon the floor.
The South, so rarely touched by white,
May face a blanket, glistening and bright.
Streets may glisten, icicles hang low,
A frozen wonderland’s ethereal glow.
Yet in this icy guise, nature’s grand,
A pristine canvas, crafted by its hand.
For every hardship, beauty still remains,
In icy dreams, the world refrains.
Cold may embrace, chilling to the core,
But warmth resides within hearts galore.
In unity, we’ll face the harshest days,
And find solace in love’s warming blaze.
So let us brave this frozen test,
In each other’s arms, we’re truly blessed.
For in this wintertime’s icy embrace,
We’ll find strength and hope, a warming grace.
