But oppressionairy acts he’s been maligning
Rage boiling inside of these Nicaraguan walls climbing

From the regime, his difference they cannot understand
A Catholic Bishop, that takes up a moral stand
For rights denied, preachings across this land
So the Nicaraguan regime imprisons him as planned

From his speech, comes out the truth pure and clear
No more fear, no more act hidden by veils of lie here
