Raging Fury

Raging Fury

Raging Fury

Unleashed in fiery depths, frustration burns,
“F***ing bull****!” the wrathful coach yearns,
Falcons’ Arthur Smith, seething in his ire,
As Dennis Allen’s garbage-time score transpires.

Passion fuels his rage, a flaming inferno,
Against the Saints, an indignant crescendo,
Fuelled by the disrespect, his fury erupts,
Seething till his anger finally disrupts.

Words laced with venom, his fury takes flight,
Smith’s emotions, a tempest in the night,
The artistry of the game tarnished by deceit,
Burning bridges, never again to meet.

An alliance severed, never to be repaired,
Resentment and anger, forever ensnared,
The score may be trivial, in the grand design,
But harmony and trust, forever undermined.

Yet amidst the turmoil, lessons are learned,
To tame the flames, for bridges not to burn,
For fury unchecked, can only bring disdain,
In the pursuit of victory, ego must wane.

From the ashes of fury, wisdom will rise,
A coach humbled, seeking the prize,
For in defeat’s shadows, growth can unfold,
A tale of passion, once blindly untold.
