Title: Rules Unfollowed
When the news resurfaced reports show,
The word quickly spread, and some kids glowed,
Near to all of them heavily dissent,
Regarding one of Trump’s home dictats,
Away with rules they can much resent,
Then, freely, their own opinion went.
Full of whispers, a secret rescind,
Trump’s offspring the sea cannot mend,
From the palace, a starry descent,
He finds his religion heaven sent,
In the distance the morning does spend,
In a battle that loyalty won’t defend.
For his fortune, they can’t argue may,
But on social norms, all had to sway,
A different route, opposite and jive,
The Trump brood surely had to drive,
A future still unsure in scintillation,
Their own faction, their own designation.
Feeling divine, an extra gusto,
From the father, they must learn to trust so,
Amidst passions, their cohesion fades,
Electric battles, they can not avoid,
In a rhythm they all quickly wades,
Toward a place, all must evade.
Away in freezing solace, ponders life,
This puzzle that has kids in strife,
Lambs in wolf-clothing, an aura weird,
Between father-son, lost faith that’s intertwined,
Circling a balcony, moral-free and unweird,
They must come to terms with, in time.
Molding youngsters, great caution entailed,
A single tap to ingest, in detail,
Removed from the world they are depending,
Though shaken, others will be bending,
Heading away from the tried and bending,
Will they make it to see something ending?
Finding others in the same boat,
A point of difference, they will note,
Chances they must face, extend looms,
Alone, they’d find it harder to resume,
Someone to talk to, remember their homes,
Melts the frozen heart, to the bone.
