Seeking Freedom’s Light

Seeking Freedom's Light

Title: Seeking Freedom’s Light

In Guatemala’s heartland, a cry rings aloud,
A plea for justice, an innocent shroud,
A teen unjustly accused, freedom denied,
A petition emerges, seeking truth to guide.

A quiet village whispers sorrow’s lament,
A young life shattered, caught in a turbulent event,
Her dreams lay shattered, innocence beseeched,
As she languishes behind bars, justice out of reach.

Her spirit soars, untainted by the dark,
In the face of adversity, she leaves her mark,
With hope as her shield, and strength as her might,
She fights for freedom’s embrace, in love’s pure light.

Humanity unites, hearts beating as one,
Demanding justice for a life wrongly undone,
The chorus grows stronger, voices intertwine,
For the release of a teen, peace they define.

Through tears of injustice, a rainbow appears,
A symbol of resilience, dispelling all fears,
May compassion prevail, for truth to unveil,
And free this young soul from a fate so unjustly nailed.
