Shadows of Doubt
Title: Shadows of Doubt
In a courtroom dimly lit,
A whisper lingers, shadows flit,
A judge, astute, his gavel fall,
A comparison made, a haunting call.
A name invoked, infamous, dire,
Madoff’s legacy, a burning pyre,
Does Trump walk a treacherous path,
Fraud’s specter looms, its aftermath.
Whispers echo in the room,
Uncertainty, impending doom,
Can a man once trusted and revered,
Be likened to one so feared?
Emotions rise, tensions ignite,
The fate of a nation, held in the night,
Through the gloom, seeking truth’s light,
The judge’s query, sharp and bright.
In possible bad omens, we must partake,
To uncover the secrets, the lies at stake,
As the world watches, the courtroom holds,
The fate of a leader, in these stories told.
