Destruction rains down, a relentless assault,
Innocent lives shattered, their dreams come to halt,
Yet amidst the chaos, a nation stands tall,
United against aggression, refusing to be fought.

Amidst the smoke and rubble, resilience takes root,
Ukraine’s spirit unyielding, their strength absolute,
With unwavering courage, they rise from the debris,
Defiant, they gather, their resilience astute.

In the face of aggression, solidarity blooms,
A world coming together, dispelling the gloom,
For Ukraine’s plight echoes far and wide,
We stand united, denouncing this unrighteous boom.

Let us pray for peace, for an end to this plight,
That missiles no longer mar the stillness of night,
May Ukraine find solace, hope shining through,
And may their spirit prevail, stronger than might.
