Stories spread around of co-workers fired
Their quick hiring ends so unprepared
The news of what just happened so sad
It’s hard to stay when suddenly last

They weren’t given time to break the news
The reasons must have been crystal clear
Questions of why last less than 45
No one could tell until the time ran

It’s hard to imagine such a happening
The moments seem to vanish in a blink
No one liked, their stories were the same
Nobody longer than 45 minutes remained

This anxious sparking an uneasy tremor
The stories heard showing no favor
The mistakes and wrongdoings sink them fast
The co-worker gone in less than 45 minutes passed

Eyes become sad just hearing the story
