The Depths of Deception
Title: The Depths of Deception
In Harvard’s hallowed halls of might,
Claudine Gay stood, radiant and bright,
But little did she know of the snare,
A treacherous trap, laid with cunning care.
She ascended as a beacon of hope,
Breaking barriers with determination’s scope,
Yet envy lurked beneath the surface, concealed,
A game of shadows that would never yield.
Through trials and triumphs, she forged her way,
Guiding Harvard’s future, night and day,
But whispers of treachery slithered around,
Undermining her every move, without a sound.
With precision and patience, the trap was set,
Calculated machinations that caused great upset,
Invisible hands pulling strings, weaving deceit,
A calculated downfall, designed to defeat.
Silently, she fought against the tide,
A victim of a system, of which she tried,
And on that fateful day, her presidency ceased,
A victim to the trap, laid by the beast.
But her spirit remained unbreakable and strong,
She’ll rise again, after facing this wrong,
For truth will prevail, as darkness recedes,
Her resilience and courage, fulfilling her deeds.
