Under the Rubble, a Cry for Hope
Under the Rubble, a Cry for Hope
In Bethlehem, where Christ was born,
Amidst the ruins, a solemn morn,
The bells ring softly, the echoes fade,
God hides beneath the wreckage, unafraid.
In Gaza’s streets, torn by endless strife,
Lingers the essence of a fragile life,
A mother weeps for her children lost,
In shattered dreams, an unfathomable cost.
Ancient walls whisper tales of yore,
Of manger scenes and peace restored,
But in the silence, a truth takes hold,
That God resides where hearts are bold.
Men, women, and children bear the weight,
Of broken homes and shattered fate,
Yet they find strength in each other’s embrace,
And together, they rise, with resilience laced.
Where despair lingers and tears persist,
Faith shines bright, it will always persist,
For God is not confined by walls or war,
But resides in the hearts that still adore.
Love, resilience, faith, rebuild, hope, Gaza
