To move back towards games,
Layoffs at Weta Digital came.

A wakeup call for the future,
Where employees’ positions were unsure,
Unity had to act with speed,
To reduce cost and further it’s lead.

Pivoting to the ever stunning games,
Created fear amongst current Weta frames,
Unity had to act quickly,
This venture was far from witty.

No one knew the long term result,
That this move can dilute Weta’s talent,
Unity was forced into this,
Consequently competing against its own bliss.

Changes happened so quickly that day,
Where uncertain workers were thrown astray?
