Wings Adrift
Title: Wings Adrift
In azure skies, a tale of flight unfolds,
Where wings once soared, now their fate’s been told.
Mid-air blowout, Alaska’s jet did bear,
The FAA now grounds, a solemn affair.
A fleet of trust, laid dormant on the ground,
Safety first, these planes no longer resound.
Alas, the dream and purpose put on hold,
As caution reigns, each Boeing plane controlled.
Yet midst the silence, whispers of concern,
A fear that lingers, for those who yearn.
For wings, like hopes, should conquer and aspire,
Not silently grounded, lest they expire.
But through the trials, we learn to persist,
To find the strength like birds amidst the mist.
For skies may falter, but they shall not break,
With unified spirit, we’ll soon remake.
So let the sparks of change ignite the way,
For safer flights, where minds and hearts shall sway.
Through lessons learned, a safer journey nears,
As skies reclaim, their freedom from the fears.
